Eat fiber-rich fruits and vegetables.

Brush and floss your teeth after you've had something to eat to remove the bits of food in between the teeth followed by a specially formulated mouthwash.

Avoid foods, drinks and other products that can cause bad breath such as onion, garlic, coffee, soda, and tobacco.
